Call to order by president Margret Skaggs was at approximately 1:30p.m. Secretary's Report Carolyn Ritchie made a motion to accept the minutes from April 29, 2005 as read by Secretary Kathy Dryden. Peggy Heflin seconded motion, motion carried. Financial Report The financial report was not available. New Business Carolyn Ritchie, 1st Vice President, talked to the group regarding updating the directory of Treasurers and Finance Officers. She would like to have pictures to go with phone numbers and addresses. She requested that everyone send a picture to the KACTFO website. President Skaggs announced that the 2006 conference will be at the Bowling Green Holiday Inn and Sloan Convention Center March 14-17. The conference will include a tour of the Corvette Plant and Museum. There was discussion regarding activities for the conference. Old Business Kim Muse, past president, gave a report on the Scholarship. Nathan Roberson, of Mason County, was the recipient. He will be attending Murray State in the fall majoring in Pre-Pharmacy. Adjournment Kim Muse made the motion to adjourn the meeting. The motion was seconded by Peggy Heflin. Meeting was adjourned.
