The April 26, 2005 meeting of the KACTFO Board was held at the Drawbridge Inn in Fort Mitchell. Call to order by President Kim Muse was promptly at 6:30 p.m.
The Board discussed the KACTFO website with Fiscalsoft Corporation, the administrators of our site. After a long conversation about our website’s maintenance and ownership we feel the minutes should reflect that each year the President should contact Fiscalsoft Corporation to receive all website source files. Each President should keep the source file data incase they are ever needed.
Also, Howard from Fiscalsoft would like to receive continuous updates for the website such as new board members, job descriptions, people to contact and other information that would help provide a continuous flow of information. Please email any changes to Fiscalsoft.

The business meeting of the Kentucky Association of County Treasurers and Finance Officers was called to order at 8:45am on April 23, 2004.

The April 29, 2005, meeting of the KACTFO Board was held during the Spring Conference at the Drawbridge Inn in Fort Mitchell, Kentucky. Call to order by President Kim Muse was at approximately 9:45 a.m.
Peggy Heflin made a motion to accept the minutes from the February 16, 2005 meeting as read by Secretary Lisa Buerkley. Motion was seconded by Paula Guinn, motion carried.
The Treasurer’s Report read by Treasurer Mary Lynn was approved by motion from Peggy Heflin, seconded by Becky Carroll, motion carried.
Motion was made by Carol Vinson to approve all invoice payments for the Spring Conference in Northern Kentucky, seconded by Lisa Buerkley. Motion carried.
Meeting was adjourned at approximately 10:15 a.m.
