Call to order by President Kim Muse was promptly at 10:45 a.m. to discuss various issues concerning the KACTFO Spring Conference. Points of Discussion were as follows: Training incentive hours were approved for conference. The Board discussed increasing membership dues from $30 to $50. After much discussion, motion to increase the membership dues was made by Carolyn Ritchie, seconded by Kathy Dryden. Motion carried unanimously. Discussed registration cost, cutoff dates and late registrations. Added a cancellation policy to the letter that would be sent to all attendees. Discussed and finalized the agenda for the conference. Set rate for vendor booths and conference fees. Motion to pay for the Board's lunch was made by Becky Carroll, seconded by Carolyn Ritchie. Motion carried unanimously. Adjournment Adjourned at 11:30 a.m. with a motion made by Carolyn Ritchie, seconded by Kathy Dryden.
