The business meeting of the Kentucky Association of County Treasurers and Finance Officers was called to order at 8:45am on April 23, 2004.
The first order of business was the nomination of officers as follows:

Dallas Sidwell made the motion and seconded by Paula Guinn, motion carried unanimously.
Treasurer's report was read with an ending balance of $32,040.52. Motion to accept the Treasurer's Report was made by Peggy Heflin, seconded by Carolyn Ritchie, motion carried unanimously.
Secretary's report was read by Kim Muse, motion to accept by Paula Guinn, seconded by Carolyn Ritchie, motion carried unanimously.
President Kim Muse thanked Becky Carroll for a great conference; a good time was had by all. Also, everyone thanked Mary Lynn for her many hours of wonderful work on the scholarship fund. The final drawing for the many door prizes was drawn and the drawing for the scholarship was won by Shelby County Treasurer Paula Webb.
President Kim Muse thanked everyone for making this a great conference and invited everyone to attend next year's conference in Northern Kentucky at the Drawbridge Inn on April 27-29.
Motion made to adjourn at 8:55am by Paula Guinn, seconded by Peggy Heflin, motion carried unanimously.
